Gift Cards FAQ

Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift Cards are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using our store’s standard payment method(s). Similar to Amazon.com gift cards, you can specify the amount, recipient, message, and delivery date when purchasing.

How to Send Gift Cards

If you choose our Digital Gift Card product, the gift card is sent automatically via email. If you choose our Physical Gift Card product, we will print the gift card on card stock and mail it to the recipient specified.

Checking Gift Card Balance

You may check your Gift Card balance, or add more funds to your Gift Card, by visiting the Gift Card Balance page.

Redeeming Gift Cards

Regardless of whether you received a Physical Gift Card or Digital Gift Card, if you have funds available on your Gift Card, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. Our Cart and Checkout pages offer a box to enter your Gift Card number code.

If you have more funds on your Gift Card than the total cost of your purchase, the balance will be left on your Gift Card for future use. If your cart total exceeds your Gift Card balance, the Gift Card funds will be deducted from the total due, and you will have to select another payment method to cover the remaining balance due.

Our Digital Gift Card will arrive via email, and will contain details of who sent you the Gift Card, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Card number code. It is a good idea to print out this email for future reference. By clicking on the Redeem link contained within the email, your Gift Card funds will automatically be added to our website’s shopping cart.
